The best systems come from paying attention to how people already work. Most operational problems aren't really operational, they're clarity problems. I like finding where the friction is and building around it.

Manage and scale the operations of a performance marketing agency serving 100+ DTC brands, leading a team of 7 across publisher development, media buying, and campaign analysis. Own financial operations end to end, including invoicing, receivables, and performance reporting, and lead technical projects at the intersection of AI automation and tracking infrastructure, designing systems that replace manual processes at scale.

Production Planning & Process Engineering
2019 to 2022
Petropack

Started as a Production Planning Analyst and moved into Process Engineering. Built and maintained a daily control dashboard from scratch, tracking key production and plant load indicators, which ended up being presented to company leadership. Served as the bridge between production and customer service, translating operational data into decisions. Later applied statistical process control to monitor and improve one of the plant's core production lines.
